Position BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - PERSONAL CARE & WELLNESS
Location Delhi NCR. Extensive Travelling Required
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients, including cosmetic, skincare, and personal care brands, via networking, LinkedIn, and trade shows.
  • Technical Consultative Selling: Present technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (SDS), and efficacy data for bio actives to R&D chemists and brand owners.
  • Sample Management & Formulation Support: Collaborate with internal R&D and applications teams to provide samples and support the formulation development process (NPD).
  • Relationship Management: Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business, handling inquiries, and providing post-sales technical support.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor market trends (e.g., sustainability, clean beauty) to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to the team.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned territory or product lines, managing pipelines and forecasting, often using CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Pharmacy/ Science (Preferably Bio-science Stream/ Microbiology/Chemical Engineering or a related science field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in personal care ingredients, specialty chemicals, or cosmetic raw materials.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cosmetic formulations, ingredients functionalities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with buyers, brand managers, and R&D managers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and presentation software
Salary  7-8 lacs /Annum + Variables ( Sales incentives)
